Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties
    (Attending to walk-in guests & handling telephone calls)
  • Assist in the administrative duties
  • General office maintenance
  • Updating, monitoring, and generation of various reports
  • Updating of Customers’ Purchase Orders into the accounting system
  • Assist with Quality Assurance requirements, including safe work procedures
  • Act as back-up for Administrator (Logistics & Purchasing)
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:
  • Nitec, Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Entry-level candidates with good merits would also be considered
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Must be able to communicate with our overseas offices, including Taiwan and Chinese-speaking associates)
  • Possess strong writing and administrative skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to interact well with all levels of staff and be amiable
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated and pro-active
  • High level of attention-to-details
