Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Assist in bike homologation matters
  • Provide administrative support to the entire team for sales and aftersales matters
  • Maintain SDS and ordering of stocks
  • Assist in COE Bidding Exercise and bike registrations
  • Arrange insurance & road tax renewal for demo bikes
  • Process receipts of payment for new BOA and bike registration
  • Update inventory status and details in the stock system
  • Create customer profile and submit PDI request in Autoline system
  • Generate and prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
