Our client, a Japanese banking company is looking for Administrator. you will support adimistrative work in IT department in this company.
Job description:
?Data entry
?Claim expenses
?Manage documents
?Issue an invoice
?Transtlate documents from Japanese to English (vise versa)
?Other any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
?Offce skills (PPT,Excel,Word)
?Accounting knowredge is an advantage
?Must be able to travel to the Singapore office
?Japanese is a must to communicate with stakeholders and translate documents, write business emails
