Job Description


  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
  • Dealing with email inquiries.
\xc2\xb7 Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities. \xc2\xb7 Reply to email, telephone, or face-toface inquiries.
  • Data entry.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices.
  • Communicating with external partners.
  • General office management such as ordering stationary.
  • Maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts.
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval,transfer and disposal of records.
  • Keeping individual workstations tidy.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing system.
  • Able to monitor CCTV and resolve system errors.
  • Photocopy and print various documents,sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Workstation cleaning tasks such as dusting and sweeping.
  • Able to do shift work and Staggered Timing.
