Job Description

  • Welcome visitors, handle inquires in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle telecommunication system (calls, faxes, emails, deliveries)
  • Meeting room schedules, cleanliness management
  • Receive, send out, sort and distribute mails and parcels
  • Responsible for travel arrangement and management (flight, hotel, transport) for the team and visitors
  • Manage and support Travel visas applications for the team and inbound visitors
  • Perform a variety of admin & clerical support duties
  • Support team for their expenses claims and follow up for approvals
  • Ensure offices, stationeries, beverages, pantry etc are maintained and upkeep
  • Liaise and work closely with the Admin team
  • Consolidate and update team travel schedules
  • Support the Personal Assistant to Executive Vice President, based in London on the administrative work
  • Assist the Vice President, Human Resources for data consolidation when required
  • Other office administration support as and when necessary

Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Independent and Multi-tasking
