Job Description


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Get quotation and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need
  • Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses
  • Advises travellers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas, passports or Covid restriction.
  • Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules
  • Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors
  • Processes reimbursements for travel expenses
  • Arrange food and beverages and logistics for meetings
  • Manage services & facilities of owned and rented properties under Eaglestar Singapore office
  • Stationery Management
  • Provide administrative support to the Team

Minimum Experience At least two years of experience in travel management Minimum Qualifications Minimum Diploma in any discipline Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
