Provide administrative, procurement, facilities, contract management/corporate transactions related to telecommunication, building/facilities management, car related transactions, etc...
Organize and provide efficient administrative support not limited to booking/arrangements, visa processing, car maintenance related transactions including renewal and transfer of ownership, etc.
Develop and maintain an effective filing system.
Submit and reconcile expense report
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed office and pantry supplies' placing and expediting orders for supplies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as Administrative Assistant or proven related experience.
Familiar with the following: Facilities (5S), events and travel, vehicle management, fleet insurance, purchasing and secretarial functions.
Knowledge of office management skills and able / open to multi-tasking activities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software Education and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferably residents of Binan, Santa Rosa or nearby Laguna areas.
