Job Description

This position is responsible for managing parent inquiries, supporting school events, coordinating with various stakeholders, and contributing to student enrollment and retention efforts.Adecco is partnering with a renowned Education Institution to hire an Admissions Manager to join their expanding team. The suitable incumbent should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service with strong communication skills.Admissions Manager | Global Education MNCThe Job:

• Address, respond to, and follow up on all inquiries from parents related to school events, student-led conferences, assemblies, etc.
• Collaborate with other schools under the same company on matters related to student transfers.
• Accompany parents on tours of the school\'s facilities.
• Record all complaints or inquiries raised by parents and bring them to the attention of the Principal and Parent Liaison Manager.
• Assist in planning the school\'s Open House
• Communicate with various stakeholders as necessary, such as transportation and uniform companies.

The Talent

• Diploma Holders with at least 1- 2 years of related work experience in a Sales, Hospitality or Customer Service related industries
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese parents, a major population of the school
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results orientated with a hands-on approach
