Job Description
: The Advertising Operations Executive we are looking for is an enthusiastic, good administrative and organisational skills and take on challenging tasks. The individual is responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end production of our digital and print media.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with advertisers on ad materials;
- Manage digital advertising inventory for websites and enewsletters;
- Ensure meeting of deadlines for both print and digital production;
- Work closely with digital team to generate digital performance reports for advertisers;
- Work closely with sales, editorial and vendors on project execution;
- Generate booking orders and weekly sales revenue updates and;
- Other responsibilities in ensuring that print and digital deadlines are delivered.
- Minimum 1 year experience in project execution preferably in advertising operations;
- Good writing and communication skills;
- Meticulous, organised, a self-starter and team player with positive attitude and with
- Excellent excel skillsets.
