Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in AEM development projects.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Mentor and coach team members on AEM development techniques and methodologies.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Develop and configure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) functionality according to specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure the quality and integrity of developed features.
  • Investigate and analyze reported defects, identifying root causes and potential solutions.
  • Prioritize defects based on severity and impact, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
  • Implement fixes and enhancements to address identified issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute go-live activities for AEM projects.
  • Monitor system performance during launch periods and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver AEM solutions iteratively and incrementally.
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities in Agile development environments.
  • Engage with the client Product Owner to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to align AEM solutions with client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and the client Product Owner, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate activities between onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistency in development practices across teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in AEM development, with demonstrable expertise in Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and development best practices.
  • Experience in building and unit testing Adobe functionality as per user stories and requirements.
  • Proficiency in triaging and remediation of defects in AEM applications.
  • Ability to provide go-live support and ensure successful launches of AEM sites.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies, with a focus on delivering value incrementally.
  • Prior experience working as an Onsite-Offshore coordinator is preferred.
