YOUR ROLE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary objective is to support the product of aviation + aerospace (AA) with excellent knowledge of international + domestic airline routings, international airports + time zones. You have full understanding of operational flows + systems to execute shipments according to customer requirements. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• To answer every incoming phone call in a timely + professional manner.
• To be trained for all AA services: routing service level (ROU), control room temperature (CRT), aircraft-on-ground (AOG), + execute shipments timely + accurately.
• To be EngineChain trained + have full capacity to deliver such services to customers.
• To provide timely + active communication with AA network, send pre-alerts for engine, critical, AOG shipments + ensure customer care teams (CCL) + AA network are kept up to date.
• To read, understand + deliver service as per customer standard operating procedures (SOP).
• To ensure compliance with company policies + procedures, paying special attention to dangerous goods handling.
• To ensure every job file must be closed on a daily basis, ensure every milestone is updated + port of discharge (POD) uploaded in system once delivered.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics
• Experience in Airfreight and customer service is a plus
• Good attitude and positive customer service mindset
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
