Job descriptions

• Achieving sales target on medical, aesthetic & consumable related products, devices and equipment.
• Market penetration and opening of new customer accounts, managing key Accounts, participate in tenders and other direct purchase opportuni ties.
• To focus on sales development on the products and territories and identify new opportunity.
• To propose sales strategy and sets target and subsequently ensure the plans are executed accordingly.
• Provide product expertise & training to the customers.
• Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Effective sales & marketing plans geared toward towards end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within budget.
• Participant in events, exhibitions,trade-shows and webinar.
• Liaise with marketing team to maximize visibility at conferences, including compiling a list of products and literature to display and demo, increase delegate inserts, etc.
• Perform market research and customer interviews and focus groups to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns.
• Co-work with other departments to manage customer satisfaction.

• Must have a Degree in Engineering/Business (Bio-engineering /Biomedical/ Science/Engineering/Business or nursing)
• Min 5 years in promoting sales or business development. In Medical field will be an advantage, either (medical aesthetics, beauty, or medical industry)
• Knowledgeable with laser technology and its medical aesthetics applications will be an advantage
• Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Independent, Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills and merticulous
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good presentation skills and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Own vehicle is not compulsory.
