Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.
Ensure the comfort and well-being of the patients/customers.
Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.
Make post-treatment courtesy calls to all patients/customers as part of the service excellence protocol.
Follow up on patients/customers' upcoming appointments.
Responsible for explaining to patients/customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.
Help patients/customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.
Ensure the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and all areas.
Responsible for inventory stock-take.
Maintain good customer relations with patients/customers, their families and referring healthcare professionals.
Assist Clinicians with the use of standard equipment.
Provide on-the-job training to fellow colleagues when needed.
Work with the team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
Identify and report incidents to the clinic manager for the necessary actions.
