Role Overview
We are seeking a methodical and client-focused After-Sales Service Engineer to support our deployed automation systems. This role bridges technical troubleshooting, client training, and compliance assurance, ensuring our systems continue to perform reliably post-deployment.
? Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support for robotic arms, carriers, sensors, and PLC-based systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including firmware updates and hardware replacements.
Train client operators and maintenance teams on system usage, safety, and troubleshooting.
Prepare and refine bilingual (English/Chinese) documentation, including signal interaction tables and maintenance guides.
Support clients in compliance documentation (e.g., VSA, Access Control Matrix, Vulnerability Scan Summary).
Recommend system optimizations and upgrades based on performance data and client feedback.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service tickets and delivery of spare parts.
Maintain detailed service reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
? Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
2+ years of experience in industrial automation service or maintenance.
Familiarity with PLCs, robotic systems, and industrial sensors.
Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) preferred.
Willingness to travel within Singapore and Malaysia for on-site support.
