Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a After Sales Marketing Specialist :Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth processing and management of incoming orders.
  • Respond to distributor inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare and manage shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to facilitate customs clearance for importers.
  • Address warranty claims, reports of short or mispacked items, and logistics-related quality issues.
  • Manage payment processing for supplier and buyer invoices in SAP.
  • Compile and prepare monthly reports to track and report on key performance indicators.(KPIs)
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics-related fields with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia
  • Training is provided.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS+VB (3 - 6 Months)
  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
