Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a After Sales Marketing Specialist :Job Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth processing and management of incoming orders.
Respond to distributor inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments.
Prepare and manage shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to facilitate customs clearance for importers.
Address warranty claims, reports of short or mispacked items, and logistics-related quality issues.
Manage payment processing for supplier and buyer invoices in SAP.
Compile and prepare monthly reports to track and report on key performance indicators.(KPIs)
Job Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics-related fields with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Asia
Training is provided.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS+VB (3 - 6 Months)
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
