Job Description
Looking for candidates with 2-3 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry Knowledge in airfreight operation will have added advantageous
- Be the main contact of customers. Build/Maintain good relationships with the customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate for customer related activities; sales, CS, billing, legal, operation, pricing etc.
- Support customers on the RFQ & bidding preparation process.
- Escalate customer\xe2\x80\x99s pain point and resolve the issues within timeline.
- Provide advice to related department to increase revenue generation from current business model and achieve KPIs.
- Sourcing venders for cost reduction plans and provide advises to operation to meet customers\' requirements.
- Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- 2-3 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge in airfreight operation will have added advantageous
