Adecco is partnering with a client in the luxury FMCG industry and they are looking for a Logistics Admin (Luxury FMCG) to join their team! The incumbent will be managing all luxury jewellery repairs for customers and ensure efficiency of the repair administration process and follow up on the repair status.

Job scope:

• Process incoming repair orders and coordinate parts order from regional workshop
• Coordinate and support repair solutions and escalated repairs from retail outlets
• Follow up on repair progression to complete repairs within deadlines
• Perform quality control on repaired items before completion
• Process warranty claims application and approval from regional service centers
• Update repair activities status into SAP system
• Establish service recovery measures and mitigate customer complains
• Checking of incoming shipments for repair and planning shipments
• Generate invoice, application of Cites shipments, picking of spare parts and sending product repairs locally and internationally

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• 4 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Good team-playing & analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus
