After Sales Project Engineer

Job Description
Our client is looking for a driven engineer to manage after-sales projects from office planning through to on-site execution. This role combines technical know-how, client interaction and business development, and hands-on troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
Manage RFQs, tenders, quotations, and prepare offers for clients. Coordinate on-site activities, from scheduling and resources to final reports. Perform high-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Provide technical support online and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction. Liaise with international partners and suppliers to resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate documentation and close projects with timely invoicing.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Candidates with strong network in pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
5+ years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.Willing to perform on-site troubleshooting (Tuas area).
