About the role

What you need to know:

To provide learning and development for Agents and Brokers in the following areas:

1. Brand compliant for agency training materials, approved and aligned with corporate brand guidelines

• Ensure all presentation slides and materials used during agency training comply with company\'s branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Compliance Manager to include compliance matters and updates in training

2. Ensure the tracking and adherence of the GIA CPD requirements of Agency force

• Track and provide regular updates of the status of CPD requirements of the agents and ensure the entitled hours are accorded in a compliant manner with a systematic tracking procedure with an appeal process in place
• Ensure and develop strategies for 100% fulfillment of CPD hours of all agents
• To support L&D coordinator on monthly reports to agents

3. Support strategic initiatives as they arise and as required

• Organise Agency events such as mass trainings, seminars, etc.
• Conduct in-house trainings for Business Development Managers

4. Develop and implement a structured learning plan to target the learning and development for both new and existing agents

• Structured training plan to develop competency and knowledge of the agents to target growth and competency including underwriting/claims knowledge and launch training of new products and systems
• Conduct regular product trainings for Auto Insurance, Personal Property Insurance, Accident & Health Insurance, Corporate Edge (Group Personal Accident and Business Travel), Travel Insurance, eWay, SME Navigation and Agency Orientation Program and Systems Training to develop competency and knowledge of the agents
• Arrange mass learning for agency force
• Annual review and improvement of training toolkits, slides and marketing materials and sales tools which include updated materials
• Focus on Claims as a selling point, Sales tips and selling AIG value propositions for the respective products
• Continuously improve and update training for maximum effectiveness
• Develop training cheat sheet, guide for sales platforms and products
• Explore the implementation and process flow of online learning
• Post-training survey for training on quarterly basis. Post survey analysis and amendment of materials to meet needs and utilise NPS feedback to further develop training curriculum
• Improve NPS score by encouraging active participation during agency events such as trainings, ACM, etc.
• Training analytics to measure the effectiveness of training conducted

5. Rollout and implementation and process flow for E-learning

• Develop e-learning modules
• Review of effectiveness of e-learning through online assessment
• Design Webex / Teams training plans for the training needs of agent
• Conduct and engage agent in Webex / Teams training
• Create test/quiz in Webex / Teams training to access agent\xe2\x80\x99s understanding and in compliance with GIA requirement
• Tracking of agent attendance attending Webex / Teams Training

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Diploma holder
• Well-versed in General Insurance products
• Experience in conducting product knowledge training & sales training
• Good PowerPoint skills, Word & Excel
• ACTA Certified will be an added advantage
• Possess good presentation skills & customer focused
