Job Description


Job Purpose
Selling Excellence Trainer provides the foundation for competency development: he/she facilitates the continuous performance enhancement of the sales force with Good Sales Outcomes and achievement of GSK business objectives through the design and/or the delivery of learning solutions and effective coaching.

Selling Excellence Trainer is a credible business partner with sales leaders to enable sales force efficiency, drive sales teams\xe2\x80\x99 omnichannel adoption and develop & implement fit for purpose & appropriate business plan.

Responsibilities

Build sales force capability to achieve business objectives.

Support sales reps to deliver Good Sales Outcomes; Provide appropriate coaching and training to sales force; Integrate and leverage existing GSK materials for selling skills (Good Sales Outcomes).

Design learning approach to support field force team on disease and product knowledge learnings.

Facilitate workshop to enable sales force to be impactful Omnichannel reps with appropriate behavioral interventions and coaching.

Continuously reviews GSK\xe2\x80\x99s code of conduct and business ethics guidelines that apply to sales & training.

Have excellent curiosity / knowledge of GSK\xe2\x80\x99s business and product pipeline and its impact on learning solutions.

Regularly explore best practices and share with field force team.

Partner with Sales Managers to improve overall selling capability.

In conjunction with sales managers, determines the learner\xe2\x80\x99s needs and desired skill level, identify learning gaps prioritize coaching opportunities.

Engages the sales managers to take accountability for their performance development.

Make recommendations that challenge the learner to create an action plan to achieve performance objectives.

Demonstrates observation and jointly coaching with sales managers to improve Reps\xe2\x80\x99 filed work.

Integrates results of coaching discussions into appropriate learning solutions in the classroom, in the field, and remotely.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

5 or more years of experience working in the pharma industry.

Experience in pharma sales team, prior sales manager experience highly desired.

Strong people developer and communication skill.

Good facilitator to lead, design field force workshop.

Strong learning agility

Enterprise-mindset

Experience in training is a plus
