Developing and executing evergreen and ad-hoc marketing campaigns
Develop new comms channels to increase audience reach
Monitor and analyse comms and channels performance metrics to derive insights and recommendations to optimise performance
Support sales team with generating call lists and ad-hoc creative asset requests
Plan and organise weekly training Zoom webinars for customer base
Requirements for this position
At least 1-2 years of experience within the marketing field
Good understanding of email and social media marketing
Knowledge and experience in planning and executing a strategy to automate customer onboarding journey and re-engagement comms
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Data teams to formulate effective marketing and promotional activities for agent acquisition and retention
Empathy to understand and translate agents pain points and challenges to solutions
Ability to read and understand data and translate that into tactical marketing strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in groups
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech startup environment
