leads a team of people responsible for the prevention and solution of production issues caused by insect pests
carried out through field assessments and studies or trials and through field and laboratory experiments
Conduct QC check to ensure fruits quality standard required by supermarket.
Knowledge of ripening process required for Bananas, Avocado, Mango and Papaya.
Able to DIY ripening room settings to optimise the ripening process required for different fruits.
Able to independently load, monitor and adjust the ripening chamber setting to meet the maturity level required by customers.
Daily update and QC report on the quality of the fruits in the ripening chamber
Direct liaise with farm operation manager for any quality issues.
