POSITION OVERVIEW
RegASK is looking for an AI Automation Intern that is tech-savvy and creative individual passionate about leveraging AI and automation to improve how we work. You'll help design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and "agents" that streamline repetitive tasks, improve data flow, and boost productivity across multiple business units.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain real experience in applying agentic AI and workflow design in a fast-moving business environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Spot opportunities for automation: Identify manual or repetitive workflows across business units and suggest AI-driven solutions that save time and enhance productivity.
• Build and optimize AI agents: Use existing platforms or custom APIs to design, test, and refine AI agents that handle internal workflows.
• Prototype and experiment: Rapidly test new AI solutions, run pilot programs, and collect feedback to improve performance and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, and more to map current processes and reimagine them through automation.
• Document and share knowledge: Create user guides, demos, and playbooks that make AI tools easy for teams to adopt and apply in their daily work.
• Explore emerging frameworks: Experiment with cutting-edge agentic AI technologies to build proof-of-concept assistants for different business needs.
• Evaluate new tools: Research and benchmark AI platforms, APIs, and integrations to identify what is most effective for our environment.
• Drive awareness and inspiration: Capture success stories, showcase impactful use cases, and help promote a culture of innovation through AI.
• Stay curious: Keep an eye on the latest trends in agentic AI and automation, bringing bold ideas that could reshape how we work.

Qualification & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or a related field.
• Experience with LLM tools, basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, and fluent in experimenting with new AI technologies.
• Knowledge on agentic AI systems, workflow automation tools, and API integrations.
• Comfortable with prompt engineering, setting up logic chains, and connecting data sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate technical ideas into practical business solutions.
• Strong communicator, able to work across departments.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
