Job Responsibilities - Manage and ensure smooth operations of the food court. \xc2\xb7 To assist tenants in marketing strategy to increase sales target \xc2\xb7 Ensure daily sales are accurate | Timely reconciliation \xc2\xb7 Recruit, train and supervise staff \xc2\xb7 Ensure the respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP \xc2\xb7 Liaise with tenants on stall matters. \xc2\xb7 Seek continuous improvement \xc2\xb7 To assist the Head of Operations to source tenants Requirements \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in F&B industry \xc2\xb7 Processes excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Resourceful and ability to work under pressure \xc2\xb7 PC proficiency in MS Words and Excel Please whatsapp your resume to +65 8772 5417 with post applied for and expected salary range.
