:Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pmJob Scope- Attend to customers inquiry- Prepare and process Air Export booking request- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers premise- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers- Mange customers expectations and complaints- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries- Verify invoices from vendor- Prepare customers reportRequirement- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel- Must be able to work independently- Must be able to converse in English for handling English-speaking clients through email and phone- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work- Outgoing personality- Willing to learn with good attitude- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be an advantage
