Job Description
for Air Export Customer Service Salary range up to $ 2,200 + Transportation + OT + VB Work place \xe2\x80\x93 Changi Cargo - Megaplex Working hours \xe2\x80\x93 Mon to Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am to 12:30pm) after confirmation will be Alt Sat.
Job Scope
- Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers\xe2\x80\x99 premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and complaints
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers\xe2\x80\x99 report
Requirement
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to converse in Englist through email and phone
- Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
- Outgoing personality
- Willing to learn with good atitude
- Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have
