- Attend to customers inquiry
- Prepare and process Air Export booking request
- Arrange for collection of cargo at customers premise
- Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
- Mange customers expectations and complaints
- Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
- Verify invoices from vendor
- Prepare customers report
- Minimum N-Level.
- Proficient in using computers and comfortable with software applications or willing to learn.
- Ability to work well as a team player and independently.
- Demonstrates carefulness, meticulousness, and self-motivation.
- Possesses a sense of urgency and responsibility towards work.
- Training will be Provided
- Working hours Mon to Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am to 12:30pm) after confirmation will be Alt Sat.
