5.5 Working days Working Hours: Mon-Fri : 12 am to 9 pm/ 1 pm to 10 pm Alternate Saturday: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex

The incumbent will be working as an Air Export Executive. S/he will process/execute documentation required for Air shipments and liaise with carriers / co-loaders for air space.

Job responsibilities:

• Liaise with a trucker for pick-up/collection from customer/supplier
• Book space with carriers / co-loaders for airspace
• Work with carriers / co-loaders for ad-hoc rates
• Ensure cost from carriers / co-loaders is not above customer sell rates
• Execute/prepare documentation (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO, etc..)
• Cargo labeling
• Arrange for packing and/or fumigation if required
• Enter cost and revenue in the Kewill system Link customer EDI (if required) in the Kewill system
• Update customer with flight details and POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Send e-mail pre-alert to respective destination stations
• Post-Kewill system pre-alert to respective destination stations
• Follow-up with destinations stations for POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Update mandatory milestones in Kewill track and trace
• At times will require to lift/shift cartons for cargo labeling
• View physical cargo to determine if any re-packing is required
• At times will require to travel to a customer location or work in another location
• Follow-up with carriers / co-loaders for any off-loading
  

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE \'O\' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications \xe2\x80\x93 Outlook, Excel, Word
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations
• Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
• DG Certification would be an added advantage
• Meticulous, organized, and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion
• Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
• Good team player with a good sense of urgency
• Good communication skills (to communicate with internal and external stakeholders)
