Air Freight Coordinator Changi Air Freight cargo complex $3000-$3500 5.5 days | Monday " Friday 9:00am -6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am -12:00pm Job Responsibilities * Handle day to day operations in Air Freight Coordinator Changi Air Freight cargo complex $3000-$3500 5.5 days | Monday ' Friday 9:00am -6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am -12:00pm Job Responsibilities Handle day to day operations independently and proficiently Responsible for all shipping documents (related documentations booking with airlines, preparation of Airwaybill etc.) Daily liaising with oversea counterparts, local sales and operation teams on delivery and logistics issues Inputting cargo details and assuring payment from suppliers and customers are input into the internal groupware system Monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time Coordinate and communicate customer's needs and provide timely proposals and solutions to customers Quotations CCN & CMD submissions Handling of customer's complaint or issue, if any Carrying out all air freight forwarding related tasks Ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Min 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Industry Interested applicants kindly apply directly via my Careersfuture ' Whatsapp text 9851 1096 ' [HIDDEN TEXT] R2199156 14C7279
