Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- offer and propose freight solutions to customers
- Receive and arrange Air Export shipment bookings from Customers.
- Coordinate shipment flow - arrange Pickup, book flight with carriers, Warehouse..
- Check shipment departure/status on booked flight and recovery if any.
- Respond to Customer and oversea agent queries on shipment booking and rate.
- perform ad hoc duty assigned by Manager
- with or without experience - training will be provided
