Job Description

What the role involves:

• Breakbulk of consolidation pouch and segregation between YLSG and Non-YLSG customers

• Check customer\'s GST status and proceed to process inward declaration through Tradenet system

• Prepare cartage advice, ensure all relevant documents are attached to CCP\'s and handover timely to traffic Controller for delivery planning

• Check to ensure shipment handling is complied with requirements as per EAIMS list.

• Perform "ATA" input in YUNAS when original pouch is received.

• Ensure consolidation pouch (Docs) is received timely from Night/Day\'s contractor for breakbulk processing.

• Handover GST\'s payment summary report to Billing for invoicing. (Tnet auto transmit)

• Email to CS team handover list (pending jobs in the morning)

• Input all direct and other agents\' consignment data into YUNAS.

• Email documents for transshipment cargo to Batam\'s office (By barge) and arrange for collection by contractor, and Export team (re-export by Air).

• Follow up with Contractor for Buyer-Consol arrangment once receipt from warehouse invoice/packing list, twice weekly service. (For on-forwarding to Batam)

• Ensure that CMD submission is made timely (Per stipulated timeslines) for both consol and direct shipment.

• Provide proper housekeeping on all related documents and maintain proper filling records.

• Rotate for breakbulk consol on weekly basis

• Notify consignee\'s appointed agents on shipment arrival

• Releasing of shipments & collection of payment from consigee or its agents

• Print AR Report daily (cash & cheque) at the end of the day for submission to Finance

• Submission of manifest through CMD to CCN

• File Notice of claims to terminal for survey shipment if any.
  

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• \'N\' level
• 1 years in Airfreight and familiar with import process
• Computer literacy
• Well-organized on planning work tasks and meticulous on handling shipment documentations

Working Hours Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm Sat: 8:30am - 12:45pm Require to Rotate Monthly to work on Sunday and Standby on some PH
