Job Description

:

The job holder reports directly to both Principal and Senior Project and Facilities Manager. The location covers all schools within EtonHouse.

Job Role & Responsibilities

His duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: -

• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, servicing, and installation of various types of air conditioner systems inclusive of carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
• Perform diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions
• Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.
• Keep a record of job schedules.
• Pick up and deliver required materials and supplies as and when required.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures
• Assist in house-keeping duties
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Air Conditioning, or any other related field
• Possess a class 3 driving license
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Installation skills is required
• Good communication skills, positive mindset, and strong willingness to learn
• Have good documentation practice
• Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy furniture
