Job Description


We are recruiting for Airport Service Agent based in Singapore.

The selected candidate will provide service excellence to customers as the airport terminal and helping create a stress-free environment for customers whilst travelling. Ensures total quality service and adhering to safety policy and security standards of the company.

Accountabilities:

\xc2\xb7 Be visible to ensure that the highest level of service, products is provided in a professional manner.

\xc2\xb7 Liaises with directs Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges, and Boarding Gates.

\xc2\xb7 Liaises with GHA for quick processing of the hotel and transfer passengers. Works with GHA and ensure smooth passenger handling.

\xc2\xb7 Assists passengers in regard to Entry Requirements, Visas, Residence Permits.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct pre-flight administration to ensure the smooth running of every Qatar Airways flight departure.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct post flight administration to ensure an accurate record of flight activities.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor missing and damaged baggage keeping customers informed of the progress of their file.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out general profiling of passengers on need basis.

\xc2\xb7 Perform the Aircraft Turnaround Check (ATC) duty as assigned by the ASM to ensure safe operation of QR ground ramp product.

\xc2\xb7 Operate aircraft cabin services doors from the outside where applicable to facilitate and reduce the associated safety risk of inadvertent slide deployment.

\xc2\xb7 Carry out any verification as and when required to protect revenue and image of company by referring to relevant policy and procedure.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure utmost priority is given to all security and safety related norms laid down by company, local authorities and relevant procedure is implemented/executed through GHA staff.

\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience.

\xc2\xb7 Experience to customer service in an Airline / Travel Industry / Hospitality Institute.

\xc2\xb7 IATA or Airline Basic Tariff and Pricing Course will be an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate \xe2\x80\x93 MS Office.

\xc2\xb7 Well-developed inter-personal team and customer-oriented skills.

\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.

\xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills.

\xc2\xb7 Upbeat and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressure and demanding environment.

You must have the legal rights to live and work in Singapore to be considered for this role.
