The Commercial Operation Leader - ULS, ASEAN is responsible for influencing sales effectiveness and partnering with the Senior Commercial/ Finance Leaders and their teams to ensure accurate orders and funnel forecasting, and orders conversion in line with business objectives and contributes to projects. Role can be located in key countries - SG, TH & ID. Reporting relationships: You will report directly to the AKA Commercial Operations and Excellence Leader.

Essential Responsibilities
Lead Weekly AKA QMI call
Prepare Weekly Order Estimation template
Drive adoption of Salesforce/AptTUS in AKA.
Identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities
Coach and manage ITO team
Enhance Order Compliance by owning KYC/DD check and Contract Compliance leader role
Build a consistent process for order approval, working closely with Legal, Finance, and Country leaders.
OCCR approval and analyzing how to minimize OCCR.
Build the appropriate commercial operating mechanisms, metrics and tracking mechanisms working across Countries Leaders, Finance, OTR and Modalities to maximize growth opportunities for GE Healthcare
Design processes and tools to improve the predictability of the business
Support strong growth through process simplification and customer focus
Communicate effectively with equipment sales, services, and marketing colleagues to maximize all sales potential
Facilitate multi-modality packaging deals for modality teams
Qualifications/Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in either Engineering, Science, Information Technology or Business with the appropriate technical discipline for this role
5+ years professional experience
Strong accountability, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience supporting complex organizations (global, multi-P&L, different business models & priorities in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with solid experience in initiation and implementation of process improvement activities
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
Analytic, creative and business-focused problem solver
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
Understanding of current GEHC sales processes
Advanced PC Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Desired Characteristics :
Knowledge of existing GEHC IT systems (Oracle, SFDC, AptTUS) and other validated systems
Commercial, Sales operations or Finance role experience preferred
Experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically GE Healthcare ASEAN
