1. Responsible of his/her assigned station. Provides and performs customer service according to
prescribed standards.2. Attends to guest's inquiries, requests and complaints. Prepares reports on guest count,reservations, and related matters.3. Responsible for the delivery of WAITERING services to Guests at the DINING AREA in accordancewith the "New Normal Service Cycle" and Customer Service standards.4. Responsible for drink mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.5. Responsible in the receipt, handling, recording and custody of Cash and other store funds. QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
With at least 6 months of work experience in the food industry
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila areas.
