  • Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an executive to run corporate alliances
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain the partner relationships
    • Maintain strong working relationships with Infosys leadership team, account sales, practice sales and delivery leadership teams as well as with Business Enabling functions like Legal, Marketing, Finance, Procurement.
  • Partner Sales
    • Leverage partner relationships to help sell more Infosys services and help Infosys succeed in competitive scenarios
    • Increase the Infosys Resell / Managed Services footprint
    • Engage with partner in win-win outcomes driving partner license sales in addition to Infosys revenues
  • Strategy
    • Understand partner strategy
    • Determine Infosys strategy at sector / account and practice levels, and focus on strengthening partner relationships in line with it
    • Joint Go To Market (GTM) strategy and execution with key partners
  • Enablement
    • Create internal awareness on partnerships and their delivered value, work with internal sales teams on partner strategy
    • Help build Infosys pre-sales and delivery capabilities through training and certifications in collaboration with partners
  • Marketing & Solution Development
    • Marketing and branding, market to partners, analysts and market internally (regional heads)
    • Help create solutions and take these to the market
  • Operational
    • Work with Legal and Procurement teams to establish partnership agreements with new partners
    • Jointly work with global teams and legal to extend agreements with existing partners to the region
    • Understand respective Infosys and partner positioning and market mapping, and align accordingly
    • Internal status and operational reporting
  • Executive Connect
    • Drive first level exec relationships with key partners
    • Ensure appropriate executive connects between Infosys and partner
    • Maintain direct communication with Infosys and partner executives in order to drive business
    • Drive joint Business Reviews and connects at executive level for both Infosys internal and partner leaders
  • Success on key metrics
    • Infosys TCV generated through partners
    • Partner revenue (license sales),
    • Pipeline growth, deal closure ratio and branding / marketing
    • Training, Certification and Competency building
  • Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or foreign equivalent in IT / Computer Science / Business Management / related discipline required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred skills
  • Experience in IT Services sales, or consultative selling
  • Experience in Alliance Management, Partner Management or Business Development
  • Existing contacts with technology ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) in the region
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding relationship building and management skills
