Job Description

What the role is:You will responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of payroll and claims administration for HR benefits in STB HQ. In addition, you will also serve as the overall point of contact for HR modules in STB\'s Workday system. The role will require you to work closely with both internal (rest of HR team, and STB staff) as well as external (CPF, Vital Pay, PSD and AGD) stakeholders.What you will be working on:The job scope includes but is not limited to the following areas:Payroll and claims processing (Working closely with Vital Pay)

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all matters regarding staff payroll, including but not limited to monthly payroll, CPF submission, staff allowances/deductibles, secondment billing and annual employer income tax filings
• Work closely with STB Finance team to ensure the accurate preparation of monthly payroll reconciliation/journals entries/schedules
• Monitor contract and maintain effective working relationship with Vital\'s (outsourced) payroll team
• Liaise with other government, non-profit organisations (such as CPF board, IRAS and Skillsfuture Singapore) on matters related to staff salary contribution to ensure strict and timely compliance with statutory requirements
• Process HR related claims on Workday
• Provide advice to STB staff on payroll and HR claims related matters
• Oversee any required administration and enhancements of Excelity system

Workday systems Point of Contact (POC)

• Serve as the POC for Workday system within STB HR team and maintain oversight of HR-related change requests and system enhancements to ensure timely follow up by respective HR functional leads
• Liaise with STB\'s Information Systems team on systems related administration

Others

• Extraction of relevant data from Workday/ Excelity and collation of reports to support manpower and compensation related surveys
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Experience in payroll and claims processing on Workday and Excelity payroll system
• Able to work within tight timelines
• Familiar with Singapore\'s statutory requirements related to payroll and compensation
• Organised, meticulous and independent worker
• Detailed oriented and good with data and numbers
• Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills
• IT savvy and ability to work with data - excellent grasp of Microsoft excel for data processing. Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) and other data analytics software will be advantageous.
