Roles & Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION The Assistant Manager, Customer Management plays a crucial role in the overall customer experience that BOM BOM offers. The goal is to keep the department running efficiently, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, and meet their expectations.
The duties of the Assistant Manager, Customer Management is as follows:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the Customer Management department.
  • Implement an effective customer loyalty programme and campaigns.
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports for business improvement decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to implement new supply chain initiatives.
  • Create and analyse engagement activities and identify key supply chain areas for strategic development.
  • Collaborating effectively with production, logistics, and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Communicate consistently with the tech team to actively seek out improvements to the ERP system.
  • Work closely with tech team members to integrate customer education and customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Optimum planning & satisfaction of customer demand by ensuring effective order management, and fulfillment of orders in the most cost-effective & efficient way.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Degree in any field with 3 - 5 years of working experience.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • A meticulous customer-oriented thinker with a desire and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
  • Adept at complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • A love for pets especially dogs and cats preferred.
