What we're looking for: We are searching for a eCommerce Seller Support who will be joining a team of growth and advertising specialists focused on helping sellers grow faster. In this role, you will be supporting the team responsible for customer success, account management and strategy consultancy.Must be a data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team. As a eCommerce Seller Support, you'll work with selected accounts to help drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on the amazon.com and marketplace while facilitating great business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands.Friendly, self-motivated exemplify impeccable communication and organizational skills. You're comfortable being thrown dozens of tasks, documenting detailed instructions without missing a beat, being able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, assign timelines to each task; effectively engage project stakeholders, managers, and team members all throughout the delivery life-cycle while ensuring the final deliverable is on time.Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable written and verbal English communication. The ideal candidate should be organized, passionate, and have a keen eye for detail.In this role, you will:

  • Work within the commercial team — specifically supporting the Growth Strategist Executive and the Growth Strategist Team.
  • Responsible for customer success, account management and strategy consultancy.
  • Actively working within a data-driven marketing organization, using marketing tools to analyze product performance, market trends, profits, and competitors to uncover market opportunities.
  • Compile comprehensive reports that highlight key product/market opportunities.
  • Create SOPs that can be applied for product research and product/market analysis, to assist the creative teams in improving their understanding of products and consumer needs.
  • Analyzing product performance.
  • Keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Manage the brand's product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers, and creating detailed monthly reports on performance.
  • Help clients meet their goals on Amazon through unique customer analytics data generated through the proprietary customer analytics tool
About You:
  • At least 2 years completed of college with 2 yrs BPO / Professional experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical use of data
  • Excellent in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in PPC, SEO, preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms is required
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work methodically and follow a process
  • Skilled in business reporting and analysis
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
