This role will report to the Vice-President and Head of Direct Business, AMEA regionResponsibilities:xc2xb7 Lead and manage a video sales team to drive MSI Video & security access business in the AMEA region focusing on government and enterprise customersxc2xb7 Partnering the AMEA Direct Sales team in establishing and achieving the annual sales objectives for the Video and security access solutions business in the assigned territoryxc2xb7 Identify and qualify prospects for video and security access solution opportunities in strategic direct accounts to help build a sustainable sales funnelxc2xb7 Identify strategic areas for growth and develop plans to drive Video and security access sales for the AMEA regionxc2xb7 Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand and respond to customer needsxc2xb7 Present Motorola Solutions Video portfolio (including Avigilon, Pelco, AVA, Openpath, Calipsa etc) to partners and customersxc2xb7 Provide product overview and technical guidance to System Integrator/partners, Consultants & End-Users to help them understand our Video & security access solutionsxc2xb7 Articulate the technology as well as competitive offering to demonstrate differentiated value propositions to both business and technical prospectsxc2xb7 Adept at communicating with a largely technical audience and delivering product presentation to C-levelxc2xb7 Support Sales Team in pitching our solution specifications for RFPs and responding to RFPsxc2xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, end customers and system integrator partnersxc2xb7 Collaborate with Direct sales and presales teams to ensure the right solution positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, RFP responses and POCs for our solutionsxc2xb7 Provide management with sales forecasts, market trends and competitive analysis.xc2xb7 Be a thought leader to promote the Video and Security Access business in the regionxc2xb7 Maintain key strategic end-user and partner relationships in region to drive the Video and Security Access business in AMEAxc2xb7 Be a coach to a diverse team across the AMEA region for the Video and Security Access businessBasic RequirementsQualificationsxc2xb7 Proven sales experience in the government and enterprise sectorxc2xb7 Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teamsxc2xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsxc2xb7 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamicsxc2xb7 Proficient in strategic planning and business developmentxc2xb7 Ability to travel as requiredxc2xb7 Knowledge of the AMEA marketTravel Requirements 25-50%Relocation Provided NonePosition Type ExperiencedReferral Payment Plan YesEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
