The goal of theAMK Business Site Manager is to streamline and make more effective the procurement processes (order, delivery, invoicing, and payment) between the site and its suppliers. This is a position that puts the candidate in a strong position to enforce the commitments from the suppliers and get the best agreements for AMK site with the support of the whole procurement organization and taking into consideration local expectations, specificities and priorities. In respect of the company purchasing policy, You will has the mission to be the key interface between AMK Site and Global Procurement Organization (GPO) to implement value-added solutions, manage priorities across GPO pillars and strengthen Customer oriented relationship. Your main challenges will be : - Secure site procurement (suppliers reliability, second sourcing) - Improve site competitiveness and cost - Get commitment from suppliers to ST quality standards -Promote respect of Environmental, Safety and Health rules - Respect financial and legal rules - Select suppliers able to support ST strategy and growth - Ensure ST independence from its suppliers The professionalism of the team, the collaborative approach involving all stakeholders during the procurement process (especially tenders) are bringing the necessary added value for the site and promoting the procurement local organization as a mandatory step for the site effectiveness. On top of this global management activity, You will ensures the management of Site Facilities activity, through focus on time constraints, risk analysis, benchmark, suppliers partnership management and strategy definition. The position could consider the accountability on a specific commodity management and/or Capital Expenditure Management. The position foresees the management of a small local team with few functional reports The position reports to Front End Manufacturing Procurement Director based in Europe. Profile - Commercial skills in developing and managing Supplier Relationship - Negotiation skill and technique -Relationship skill: ability to lead a team and strong attitude to work in team and the ability to create networking - Soft skills to be able to cope with cross-functional and cross-cultural organizations, interfacing with different levels of management within ST and with suppliers. - Technical skills in interfacing with Technical functions and Quality - Presentation skill - Ability to work in a dynamic & demanding environment. - Sense of Urgency. - Good adaptability & flexibility - Ability to work with Manager in remote - Competences in software expected SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word)
