Job Description

The candidate will be involved in IC product development which could include one or more of the following areas:

• Requirement and specification definition\'
• Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, verification and bench characterization.
• Designing analog and mixed-signal ICs
• Translation of requirements and specifications into circuit topologies using high level analysis, prototyping, modeling, etc.
• Management products utilizing leading edge sub-micron CMOS technologies
• Developing state of the art products that include op amps, comparators, bandgap, low-drop linear regulator, ADCs, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithms.
• Analog and mixed signal circuit design
• Pre-tapeout verification planning and execution
• Layout guidance and implementation
• Post extraction verification and design modifications to meet requirements
• Full chip Analog/Mixed Signal (AMS) verification
• Work with Validation and Product Test teams on post silicon validation planning, execution, and post silicon issue debugging

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) + 8 years of analog/mixed signal IC design or
• Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) + 6 years of analog/mixed signal IC design or verification experience
• Familiar with SPICPICE simulation and basic analog building blocks
