Overview of Division/Department

Our Business Control and Coordination (BCS), a member of the Singapore Corporate Banking Department, provides business support to Relationship Managers and corporate clients on banking-related applications and transactions. Hence, they are responsible for the preparation and documentation of credit applications, as well as coordinating with our compliance team on Customer Due Diligence (CDD).

Job Responsibilities
To support system development
To carry out UAT, coordinate with relevant department, plan, monitor and control testing activities.
To support Relationship Manager administrative works and liaise with stakeholders to provide clients with excellent customer service.
