WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Critical Year Support Program to ensure smooth effective resolution processes for affected policyholders as well as comply with MAS mandates. Provide SME support to assist in customer servicing activities relating to CYO support program.
Provide policy servicing support and processing customer requests relating to Settlement Options, Non-Claims Bonus, Annuity plans, Retirement Saver plans and Choice life plans.
Review and monitor reconciliation reports for batch system payments (Maturity, Coupon, Non-Claims Bonus, regular payouts-Annuity and Retirement Saver plans) to ensure payment proceed smoothly and reconciliation of accounts adequately meet clearance timelines.
Support in the transformation and implementation of services to provide seamless higher-touch services enabled by digital tools.
