WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Critical Year Support Program to ensure smooth effective resolution processes for affected policyholders as well as comply with MAS mandates. Provide SME support to assist in customer servicing activities relating to CYO support program.

Provide policy servicing support and processing customer requests relating to Settlement Options, Non-Claims Bonus, Annuity plans, Retirement Saver plans and Choice life plans.

Review and monitor reconciliation reports for batch system payments (Maturity, Coupon, Non-Claims Bonus, regular payouts-Annuity and Retirement Saver plans) to ensure payment proceed smoothly and reconciliation of accounts adequately meet clearance timelines.

Support in the transformation and implementation of services to provide seamless higher-touch services enabled by digital tools.

  • CYO Support Program

Responsible for day-to-day execution of CYO options processing, Paid-Up conversion, rider billing and upkeep of AIA and AAA accounts. Process exception surrender request and clearance of suspense Review and assess documents submitted by Policyholder to offer Support Package as accordance to CY Framework, timely delivery of packages and follow up on incomplete submissions. Work with external Legal Counsel to ensure case opted for Adjudication is properly handled and the TAT’s at different stages are met. Provide accurate information and effective replies to policyholders and Financial Service Consultants on straight forward/Complex CY related enquires. Provide support and liaise with inter-dept on special requests on complaints escalated from SQ/FIDReC/MAS/CASE Assist in reviewing and keeping SOP and process workflow updated Prepare monthly CYO report for Actuarial reporting and any ad-hoc request. Support the conduct of knowledge training to servicing frontliners and FSCs.
  • System Payments- Payables and Suspense management

Process payment and letter (credit-giro rejection and ad-hoc customer request) for Settlement Options, Non -Claims Bonus, Annuity plans, Retirement Saver plans. Process Customer’s LPP requests and enquires for Choice life plans Support Claims department on the termination of regular payouts (Annuity plans) Provide service and support for benefit payment related queries. Review and clearance of system generated payment, weekly suspense listing, outstanding payables and meet SLA. Perform QC semi-annual checks for POS/OSS processes. Perform AML compliance review and assessment for outgoing payment. Assist RCC in preparation and validation of data/ information required for audit and analysis purposes. Assist in the review of unclaimed Maturity listings, includes submission of unclaimed listing and statistics to meet regulatory requirements.
Support in the review on existing processes to leverage on RPA to better streamline workflow and eliminate manual processes within the section/within C&C.
