Job Description
Responsibilities:\xef\xbb\xbf
- Work in a team and provide support with origination and execution efforts.
- Buying or selling assets, leading on building financial models, conducting commercial due diligence, valuations and preparing pitch decks and information memorandums.
- Conducting market and industry analysis to generate investment ideas and recommendations.
- Liaising with senior management of portfolio companies as well as developing and implementing strategy and operational improvements.
- Conduct portfolio analysis and providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Requirement:
- Degree in any fields
- Experience in conducting\xef\xbb\xbf commercial due diligence
- Good financial modeling skills
- Experience in investment or finance industry
