The purpose of Marketing Information Management (IM) is to enable the delivery of business processes, compliance, controls and decision support through the deployment, support and maintenance of Marketing wide front, middle and back office technology applications and infrastructure in order to support the ambition of the business unit to achieve $750m in EBIT by 2023.
PURPOSE
Support the smooth running and maintenance of the Freight/Commodity risk management systems service (CTRM) in London and other worldwide centers providing exceptional support to the business.
KEY TASKS
Performance & Delivery
Monitor for, triage and respond to incoming support cases within the Support Team\'s target response time
Service support cases in a timely manner and in accordance to documented departmental processes
Consistently support high value service results and contribute to service improvement plans
Actively grow personal mastery of Anglo system\'s implementation of the trade lifecycle and bring that mastery to bear in successfully resolving support cases.
Demonstrate drive for servicing cases, customers, problem root cause analysis and case resolution
Seek to enhance to business performance by contributing to the alignment between business processes and the CTRM system working in conjunction with business process owners and IM Marketing colleagues.
Contribute a reliable, flexible, enthusiastic and team orientated approach to meeting the departmental goals
Assist in maintaining the department\'s knowledge base library
Contribute to the development and adoption of best practice with colleagues and customers
Contribute to service introduction and deployment including developing and executing test scenarios
