Job Description
Job Summary: IT Support Analyst is responsible for administering ADI Singapore IT systems and providing PC Support to ADI users and data center operations which include servers and PC administration, escalating and providing technical solutions to user\'s issues and datacenter day to day activities. The position performs a range of system level administration and support for Windows servers, PC workstations, storage systems, server virtualization and backup systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports office computing infrastructure.
- Monitors and manages all installed IT systems and infrastructure.
- Maintains user PC and data center equipment inventory
- Implements warranty and maintenance support activities.
- Maintain VMware infrastructure, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Installing and configuring operating system and application softwares.
- Documents end user requests/problems and communicate effectively with IT helpdesk /IT Team.
- Performs troubleshooting and resolving all end user PCs and servers technical issues when they arise.
- Evaluates and helps to select vendors and solutions providers for office IT infrastructure projects.
- Coordinates with vendors for installation of network circuits, AV systems & other IT related implementations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Techcology, Information technology, Computer security
Work Experience: 2- 3 years of experience as IT Technical Support
Competencies: Working Knowledge of the following: Windows Operating Systems ,VMware Infrastructure, Veeam Backup,Voice Systems, Network Management Systems, Cabling Infrastructure Systems. Understanding of network concepts and operations. Strong analytical ability.
