Job Description

Summary Analyst, Network Planning (Regulatory & Contracts), will report to the Section Manager, Network Planning, to manage non-operational regulatory items relating to the network and flight schedules. The incumbent will also manage and maintain all contracts under the Network Planning team.

• 
  Schedule Permits: work closely with the scheduling team to prepare seasonal and ad-hoc applications for schedule / landing permits to local and foreign authorities as required for Scoots full set of flight schedules. Assist to track and ensure all approvals are received fully and completely ahead of the start of the relevant schedules.
• 
  FACPs / non-operational licenses: Assist to apply for and ensure timely renewal of non-operational foreign licenses as required for Scoots scheduled flights. Work with Scoots foreign offices and/or resident agents as required.
• 
  ATRC: work closely with the relevant internal teams and other external parties to apply for traffic rights for Scoots network of flights. Keep track of available shelf rights and any changes to relevant air service agreements that may be of interest / importance to Scoot.
• 
  Monitor changes in regulations and update policies and procedures as needed.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign regulatory authorities.
• 
  Work with the relevant team within SIA as required on any ad-hoc tasks relating to network regulatory matters.
• 
  Contracts: Assist to track and manage all contracts under Network Planning. Aid in negotiating commercial terms and in the procurement and contracting processes. Ensure all contracts are renewed in time as required.
• 
  Work with Internal and External stakeholders to manage the regulatory process for new route launches.
• 
  Contribute to Commercial projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

• 
  Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study
• 
  Work Experience in regulatory work will be an asset.
• 
  Experience in travel industry preferred
