Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of bespoke investor reporting \xe2\x80\x93 quarterly and ad-hoc.
- Internal reporting including investment overviews, valuations, dry powder and various analytics.
- Updating the database of service providers.
- Updating the sustainability database and the Green Certifications database for the flagship APAC fund.
- Support the GRESB 2025 submission process through data collection and coordinating tenant surveys.
- Assist with the annual MSCI data collection and submission.
- Assist with the annual MAS survey submission.
- Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience
