What the role is
PSD has embarked on Project CUMULUS to onboard statutory boards across the Public Service onto a common cloud-based corporate system, Workday. Today, the statutory boards across the Public Service are using different HR systems based on their own HR processes. As part of the harmonisation onto a single system, Project CUMULUS will bring about changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures across the various statutory boards. The project team has implemented Workday for 17 agencies, with another 22 agencies in the pipeline.
What you will be working on
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing post-implementation support by troubleshooting and identifying issues. If further technical support is necessary, you will need to work with the System Integrator on possible solutioning which could involve system re-configuration. You will also need to support the roll out of system enhancements.

[Work Experience & Competencies] An ideal candidate should possess the following: • [IT and System Experience] Good IT and technical knowledge. Ability to analyse and contribute to technical solutioning of the system. Relevant IT experience in implementation and/or maintenance of HR systems, especially Workday, would be an advantage. • [HR Policies and Processes] Sound understanding of HR policies and processes, and the ability to translate and incorporate them into the HR system. Knowledge of Compensation and Performance process, and Public Service HR policies and practices would be an advantage. • [Working Effectively with Stakeholders] Ability to engage stakeholders to understand their issues, identify gaps, gather feedback, work with System Integrator and Central Team colleagues on possible solutions, and communicate solutions to stakeholders effectively. You should possess good written and oral communication skills and documentation skills. • [Thinking Clearly and Making Sound Judgements] Ability to work in ambiguous situations and consider issues from a long-term operational perspective to identify opportunities/gaps, and address these from a user-centric perspective. You should be comfortable with co-solutioning and implementing solutions/new initiatives. • [Project and Change Management] Good planning skills to manage milestones for HRIS annual maintenance and new initiatives. Ability to communicate with affected stakeholders and keep them engaged in the processes. You should also be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
